Our volunteers have many years of poker knowledge and can't get a legal job in the business because there are not enough poker rooms in the State.  Or, there are no poker rooms close enough.  Two to three hours is just too far to drive. 

Honesty

We are a group of very honest people.  We do not have an illegal "home game" because they are illegal.  We want to stay legal.  Therefore, we must change the law. 

Vision

Our vision is to have poker room just down the road.  Poker is not just gambling.  It is a social sport that anyone can take part in, even a blind person, In 2008 WSOP a blind player finished "in the money".  What other sport can you take part of if you are in your 80's or in a wheel chair?  I don't know of any.  Poker is a great arena to meet people and make friendships from all walks of life.  Poker players do not need 20, 30 or 60 tables to enjoy and have a poker game.  They only need one or two.  Small poker rooms can and will be successful.  They could even be private clubs.
